Dear Alteryx community,
I am using In-Database tools to do analyses on an SQL database. Unfortunately, the "Filter In-DB" tool has basically become completely unusable for me and a colleague. In a fresh workflow, everything works for 1 or 2 runs, but then the workflow stops working with the error report:
ParseError: Invalid character referece at line 2 and column 452 while processing "AlteryxModule"
The problem seems to be related to the filters creating invisible characters that cause the parse error, because when I copy and paste the filter text back into notepad, it contains unusual characters. When deleting at the appropriate position in Alteryx, I am deleting an invisible character (as in not deleting the visible letter the cursor is positioned next to).
However, deleting the characters rarely fixes anything. Sometimes I'll be able to run the workflow once more, before it fails again. I can't paste the characters here (interestingly, they paste as invisible), but I have attached a photo.
Has anyone encountered something like this before? This has been persistently happening to my colleague and me on different worflows, working with different data.
