How do I RENDER multiple formatted tables into 1 Excel file and Label the Tabs

I cannot figure out how to export multiple tables into 1 Excel file using the RENDER tool.  I have formatted all of my tables and was advised that because I am using the TABLES, I must RENDER my data out rather than using the OUTPUT DATA tool.  However, I don’t seem to be able to name the tabs and each table exports to its own Excel file.  This is quite inconvenient as some of my reports have 30 tabs or more.  Does Alteryx not allow you to RENDER multiple tables to 1 Excel file, name the tabs, and freeze the header row on each tab?  Is there another tool I should be using instead of the TABLE tool to format my reporting so that I could then use the OUTPUT DATA tool instead?

Also, how do I format TOTAL rows and label it as TOTAL? I was able to create and UNION in the Total Row, but I need to bold it, highlight it, and label it..  When I simply select “Total Row” in the tables, it adds “Total” to every single attribute column, whereas, I just need to add “Summary” or “Total” in one of the columns (Monarch merges the attribute columns and puts “Summary” across all of them).
