Export to Excel as a Shared File?

Is it possible to output -- either through the normal output tool or using the reporting tools as a shared Excel file?

I ask because I am updating a file for a team of 10 periodically and they all need to be able to enter data at the same time. I can save the file as a shared file each time after its generated, but was looking for an easier/more automated way of doing this.
