Previously working now giving an error

Hello,

I had a working script for the input tool using the wildcard (*) function. Now it seems to be giving me an error  as below:  

Error: Input Data (1): Internal Error: Invalid parameter detected in function (null). File: (null) Line: 0 Expression: (null)

Not sure if alteryx has stopped recognizing the * function. Would anyone know any alternatives ? 

Essentially I need to look for 10 - 50 files all having a standard name ending in abcd. Assuming all in one folder, I was calling them using *abcd.xlsx 

Any help appreciated.
