How to count the number of rows in alteryx

Hi All,

I know it might be the stupidest of the questions you may come across, could any one of you please let me know how to count the number of records in alteryx? What component should I use?

I have a survey data that needs to be fed in Alteryx. The thing is, there are around  400 questions asked to the audience. In that, I need to transpose 350 columns to rows. I have done this. But when I take a count (even by adding required fields to group by) it gives me the entire count. But I want it as 1 for each survey. 

Could you please help me on this.
