My data has a "Geo X" and "Geo Y" column. After a long process of figuring out what actual coordinate system this is, I was just informed it is "NAD1983 Illinois East" state plane projection. After loading the file, I dragged the "Create Points" tool onto my canvas and clicked on "Fields are Projected Floating Points". I chose NAD83 / Illinois East and placed a browse tool after. Here are my issues and questions:
Issue -> The map never shows up, it just keeps saying "Please wait... Rendering Map..."
Question 1. If the map ever does show up, I have very limited number of base maps. Is there a way to get additional base maps?
Question 2. Again, if this works... Can Alteryx create two new columns with latitude and longitude converted? (So I can plug the new lat, long coordinates into Tableau or Google).
