Dynamic Import txt files with different headers

Hello, can someone direct me to solutions to batch importing txt files that have different headers. i.e. some files have the same headers and some have different. I thought about crafting mutltiple imports based on the templates and then unioning but it's a very manual process that requires me to look for errors in every import process.
